The day I joined Splash and the reason I joined Splash (By Marly L)
I first arrived last term on the last day on Friday. The reason I decided to join is because Splash looks really fun and I would like to see how it works. I think they work really hard and the way they publish their work is very nicely presented.
I have included some pictures here because they show how LNS has grown and how it looked back in the olden times.

Flashback By Seydou T.
I participated, on the 19th of march 2015, in the BBC’s Schools News Report. When being included in such an event that the BBC had hosted more than one thousand school over England my journalistic skills had been widened and I learnt many new skills, tips and some of the sentences used by the journalists and what it all actually means.

Why I enjoyed Splash BBC news report day By Tadzio
I enjoyed Splash’s news day as it has taught me many new skills such as how to efficiently manage and navigate our website in collaboration with recording as a team. While I learnt these practical skills I worked with my friends and together we made a great team. Inclusive to the previous statement we used our strengths and weaknesses to make a massive project work like a professional news team.
What Splash did for School News Report Day : By Andre B 8W1S
On the 19th of March,2015, the Splash team recorded news items about our school’s centenary for the BBC.
I had a brilliant time as I was able to develop many skills such as my presentation, design and speaking. I hope the Splash team can do more fun activities like the BBC School Report in the future.

Titanic Splash School Report By Liam and Nic O.
How modern day technology could of saved the TITANIC!!!
Radios: A radio could have helped the Titanic since when they sank the crew members could have called for help. Since they never had any working radios at the time, there was no-one to help the people that were in the Titanic.
If the Titanic ship itself had lighting around the ship then the lookouts could have spotted the ice burg before the Titanic crashed into it.
